About Us

Sea of Bliss is a woman owned small business that launched in 2021 and was born out of a passion for therapeutics that began with handmade body scrubs and clay facial products. These came about due to allergic reactions I have to many off the shelf products. It was a two year endeavor of research and testing of sorts with a circle of friends who eventually encouraged the next step of opening an Etsy shop.  I also enjoy working with plants, crystals, and gemstones.

Somehow my creativity evolved into making succulent planters from upcycling handcut wine bottles!  Don't ask how but it just happened.  Maybe because I obsess with recycling and love finding ways to upcycle items but we love wine as well. 

My latest passion is creating crystal jewelry dishes which incorporates my love of natural stones that I learned more about after taking a Colored Stones course with the GIA (Gemology Institute) several years ago.  I've also taken precious metals jewelry courses in San Francisco and sold jewelry locally there.  I realize that creating is my passion, as well as, my therapy.

I’m a Midwest girl in Cali! I've also lived in Colorado, Australia, the Bay Area and now Southern Cal. 

Growing up in a family of six kids, we were always creating, whether it was sewing, making high end mud pies or ice cream stick forts for my brother's army men, to clover chain necklaces, while guessing which animals were in the cloud formations.
