Shipping and Product Care Policy

When will my product be shipped?

* It takes approx. 2 days to prepare for shipment. If any longer time is needed, we'll contact you with an estimated time frame.

What is the shipping timeframe?

* At this time we only ship to the US and shipping times vary according to the shipping method you choose.  We aim to ship within 2-3 days of receiving your order.

What if I'm local and would like to arrange pickup or delivery?

* You can absolutely arrange pickup or delivery!  Use code "LOCAL" at checkout and you will not be charged shipping.  Contact us or put a note in your order with the best way to contact you and we'll go from there.

Customs and Import Taxes

* In the event we start to ship internationally, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

* We accept returns and exchanges.

* Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
* Contact us within: 3 days of delivery.
* Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
* The following items can't be returned or exchanged. 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is not in it original condition.  The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders

Contact us with your request of a custom order and we'll do our best to work with you to fulfill it.

Care instructions.

Business card holders and Ring dishes should be cleaned with a dry, soft cloth and not submerged in water.  It's not recommended to expose them to sunlight or outside weather.

Gift wrapping and packaging

The jewelry dishes will be bubble wrapped and then in tissue paper with ribbon or a box with shredding and ribbon.  If it's a gift please let us know.

Wholesale availability

Inquire about which products you are interested in and we'll let you know the status of availability.  We'd love for you to carry our products in your shop!

Plant orders

We ask that you open your plant order as soon as it's received so that it can acclimate to it's new environment. If it's a gift, make sure the recipient knows to open it as soon as received. We recommend upgraded shipping to priority so that the plant doesn't endure extended stress, especially in extreme hot or cold weather.

We give a 14 day guarantee for plants as long as they’re cared for according to instructions. If you're not happy when you receive any order please contact me asap.
