When will my product be shipped?
* Personalized ring dishes are made to order and take approx. 2-4 days to prepare for shipment. Other products that are pre-made will be shipped in 1-2 days.
Custom items such as the crystal jewelry trays may take 1-2 weeks. We'll contact you with an estimated time frame.
What is the shipping timeframe?
* At this time we only ship to the US and shipping times vary according to the shipping method you choose. We aim to ship within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
What if I'm local and would like to arrange pickup or delivery?
* You can absolutely arrange pickup or delivery! Use code "LOCAL" at checkout and you will not be charged shipping. Contact us or put a note in your order with the best way to contact you and we'll go from there.
Customs and Import Taxes
* In the event we start to ship internationally, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Contact us with your request of a custom or personalized order and we'll do our best to work with you to fulfill it. A photo of the product will be emailed to you prior to shipping.
Care instructions for the upcycled planters will be included with the shipment along with a watering tool. The planter is sealed and can be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth but it should not be immersed in water, put in the dishwasher or left outside in harsh weather.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If your purchase is a plant it’s wrapped in beautiful tissue and the shipment has either shredded kraft paper or a color shredding. We can include a special card if you fill out the personalization section of your order or just message us.

Custom and personalized or plant orders
We ask that you open your plant order as soon as it's received so that it can acclimate to it's new environment. If it's a gift, make sure the recipient knows to open it as soon as received. We recommend upgraded shipping to priority so that the plant doesn't endure extended stress.
We give a 14 day guarantee for plants as long as they’re cared for according to instructions. If you're not happy when you receive any order please contact me asap.
